Your questions and uploaded materials are sent to Anthropic's Claude AI API for processing. Under Anthropic's API terms of service, data sent through the API is not used to train their AI models. Anthropic may retain API inputs and outputs for a limited period for abuse monitoring and safety purposes, as described in their usage policy.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. When you subscribe, your payment information is collected and processed directly by Stripe. We store only your Stripe customer ID and subscription ID -- never your credit card number. Stripe's privacy policy governs their handling of your payment data.
Our servers are hosted on DigitalOcean's infrastructure in the United States. Your data is stored on DigitalOcean servers subject to their security practices and data processing terms.
